Luke Banner, MDiv, MA Counseling
Luke considers it an honor to work and journey with people who are experiencing the brokenness of life and are struggling, confused, processing, or just feeling stuck. He is passionate about coming alongside his clients to help them become more whole and true versions of themselves by engaging their story. He works with clients facing a range of issues including depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, transitions, identity, spiritual direction, and much more. He has a particular burden to assist anyone struggling relationally, especially in regard to marriage, family, friendships, and teams. Luke also has over 10 years of pastoral experience in various roles including church planting and understands the unique challenges and pressures that leaders must contend with, and gladly provides leaders with a safe place to be known and process what they are experiencing. Luke has a Masters of Divinity and a Masters of Arts in Counseling, and is committed to his own ongoing story work, education, and growth. When Luke is not engaging with clients, he is probably drinking coffee while reading, hiking with his family, smoking BBQ, riding his mountain bike, or training for a triathlon. Luke has been a lucky husband for 14 years, and is the father of three amazing kids.
Megan Banner, MA Counseling - Founder
Megan considers journeying alongside others as sacred work. Looking at our stories takes so much courage and kindness. Megan is passionate about engaging and entering in with women and men, wherever they find themselves. Megan works with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, grieving loss, trauma, abuse, identity issues, sexuality, spiritual direction, and much more. She loves to work with clients who are experiencing challenges relationally in marriage, family, parenting, friendships, or within ministry. As someone with ministry leadership experience personally and being a wife of a pastor and church planter, she personally understands the demands that ministry places on marriage, kids, and family. The pressures and challenges of ministry and leadership are unique challenges often bringing burnout, loneliness and shame. Megan is passionate about providing a safe and knowing place for those holding these complexities. With a trauma informed, story oriented approach, Megan meets her clients in the place they are in and comes alongside them wherever they might find themselves. She has been offering care in both private practice and non-profit settings for over 8 years. She has a Masters of Arts in Counseling. When not working with clients, she enjoys beautiful hikes, running outside, yoga, baking and cooking for friends/family, a good book with an americano and camping with her family.
